This work is a spatial reproduction specific to Istanbul. Participants navigate the historic peninsula as flâneurs, digitally recording Istanbul’s interwoven layers, inspired by the concept of the palimpsest. This dynamic reading of the city—discovered in the physical realm and re-constructed within a two-dimensional digital environment—is presented to the audience as an experiment of an im-material space, mediated through the possibilities of a semi-transparent surface.
